Mid week

Just got back from a swim this morning.  I've still been swimming 3/4 of a mile on weekdays, and running 8 miles at night.  I go on a long run on Saturday mornings, usually 12-15 miles.  It feels good to get in shape.  I've got band practice tonight, so I will have to run sometime during the day so I can get up to Lynnwood by 7.  It usually takes between 1 hour and 1.5 hours to get there depending on traffic.  It looks like it will be another beautiful sunny day here in the Northwest.
