Orting Trail

I met Dad in Orting and ran 8 miles on the trail while he rode his bike tonight after work.  It was hectic at work at closing time and I was running behind and ran out the door without something I was supposed to take for Lisa.  
I am pretty exhausted tonight after that run and it is only 9 p.m.  I will probably be going to bed soon actually.
